  • 1. Server Set-up: AppCustomizer provides Server Set-up at free of charge for 30 days since the day a new product is bought and activated. For such, customer needs to provide required account data
  • 2. Bug Fix: We provide technical support via direct assistance in fixing any bugs that occurs while integrating our tool/software with your server.
  • 3. Second Degree Error Fix: You can get our direct assistance on any issues you find with our product, and not on Third Party Extensions and in important that unless you modify our Product Code

From time to time, AppCustomizer will update its product's features. We provide product updates & install them to customer's website directly.

The following conditions are applicable, but not just limited to, with as on situations:

  • 1. Source codes should not have been modified by the customers
  • 2. Customers should not have any Third-party add-ons installed without prior notice to AppCustomizer team.

In addition, to meet our customer's requirements at complete satisfaction: we provide product updates only wherein you need to install at your own responsibility, as in exceptional you can ask for service request on demand.
